Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please see the "Accommodations" tab for the blocked hotel. The Bride and Groom will be staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown.

Is there transportation from the reception site to the hotel?

Answer

No, we will not be providing for the transportation cost. The selected hotel is right around the block, an Uber cost should be very minimal.

Can I take pictures and/or post them of your wedding on social media?

Answer

Of course! We hope that you can enjoy the special moment with us.

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special reqest?

Answer

Yes! Please make a note of it on your RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones. However, we request that the ceremony and reception so everyone can enjoy the evening. We truly appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time to leave the kids in care with someone else so you can celebrate with us.

My invite didn't indicate if I can bring a plus 1, am I allowed to?

Answer

Of course! Please just indicate on your RSVP card your plus one's food choice.

What are the COVID-19 restrictions?

Answer

As of right now, the WinterGarden is stating that guests should wear a mask regardless of vac. status in following NYS Guildelines. They however ARE NOT going to be policing it. If you feel it is necessary to wear one, by all means, please be comfortable. Updated: 1/14/22
