As of June 20th, 2020, we are officially the Vercauterens! While this may not be a traditional wedding, we would love for you to come celebrate with us in August.

Chris and I met during Spring Break junior year of college through mutual friends. We clicked instantly and spent the following summer traveling between Chapel Hill and Boone, even though Chris didn't have a car. We (I) ended up breaking things off because someone (Chris) never told me how he truly felt. Months later we reconnected on Halloween and Chris shared he had written a song about me. For those that don't know, Chris is a musician and previously only wrote songs about partying and college, so for him to write a heartfelt song caught me off guard. Two weeks later Chris sent me the song, "Mountain Girl", and we've been together ever since :)
