Question

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible! However, the deadline is April 5th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as a 'no'. We need to provide the venue and vendors with a final guest count in a timely manner, we appreciate your understanding!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your Formal Cocktail Attire, bright Spring + Summer colors encouraged. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. Please click the 'Gallery' tab for outfit inspo!

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins at 6pm, we recommend you aim to arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and take your seat.

Question

Where do i park + are Ubers available?

Answer

Our venue has free on-site parking, however we do encourage guests to utilize rideshare apps such as Uber or Lyft to get to and from the venue. La Cour is nestled in the Texas countryside and the roads are twisty and unlit, so please be careful if you choose to drive yourself! The venue allows for drivers to park their cars in the lot overnight, as long as the vehicle is moved by 10am on Sunday morning!

Question

can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited on the wedding invitation you received. If you've received a plus one, they will appear with your name when you RSPV. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Question

Are Children Welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones --- we really do! However, due to many factors including space, we respectfully request no children. This is an adults only affair, with the exception of those in our immediate family and wedding party, and we hope you take this opportunity to enjoy a night out. We appreciate you making prior arrangements, and please let us know if there is any way we can help in that process!!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be wine, beer, and cocktails available from cocktail hour until the night is ending! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! **Please keep in mind that a deputy from the local police department will be on site, and driving under the influence is illegal and unsafe for everyone on the road :) Again, rideshare apps are heavily encouraged!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Hopefully the sun will be shining, as we plan to have our ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors, dinner inside, and then back outside to dance under the stars-- so please prepare accordingly. Should anything change, La Cour is equipped with several back up plans to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Question

What Should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we may plan accordingly.

Question

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "no." We will miss celebrating with you greatly, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
