Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please be seated no later than 7:00 PM.

Question

Is this an outdoor wedding?

Answer

All wedding events take place indoors with the exception of cocktail hour.

What time will the bus depart Pop Century Resort?

Answer

Meet the shuttle at the Main Lobby, shuttle departs at 6:15 PM.

Can I Bring A Boxed Gift?

Answer

Due to Disney security restrictions, boxed gifts are not permitted at wedding events.

Answer

Please bring your ID to all events where alcohol is present. Anyone appearing under the age of 35 will be required to show ID in order to be served. Only your state issued driver’s license or a valid passport (for our international guests) will be of assistance at the bar.

Can I drive to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, you may drive directly to the ceremony location (enter "enter "Disney's Wedding Pavilion" into your GP" into your GPS) or board the shuttle from the pop century resort. Guests not staying at the resort may also park at the Pop Century and board the shuttle to/from the event.

Will I have to pay for parking?

Answer

No. Parking is complimentary at the ceremony location. Hotel guests, please mention Watson & Brewster wedding to have overnight parking fees waived during your resort stay.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal / Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes, bowties, and gowns are preferred. Suits and formal cocktail dresses are welcome.

Can I drive to the reception?

Answer

All guests must board Disney provided transportation to the cocktail hour and reception. Guests will be taken through Disney operations backstage, because of this, guests will not be allowed to drive directly to the reception. Guests can however drive to the ceremony location. Although we know you plan to party all night long with the bride and groom, if an early departure is needed, please note, buses will not begin transporting guests back to the cemerony or their hotel until midnight. Buses depart at the top and bottom of each hour.

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are discounted theme park tickets available?

Answer

As our wedding guest, you can take advantage of pre-arrival savings on any Disney Theme Park Ticket that includes the Park Hopper option. You may purchase discounted tickets by calling (407) 827-6799. You can also download the MyDisneyExperience mobile app to book Fast Pass tickets for each park.

Are Hotel Room Blocks Available?

The wedding hotel block has closed as of May 28th. If you were unable to book before the deadline, please call the Disney Weddings Reservation Team at (407) 827 - 6799 to inquire about current availability at the resort. Be sure to mention the "Watson & Brewster wedding" to receive the room block rate.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although Veon and Sean love your little ones they regretfully cannot accommodate them due to restrictions on venue capacity. They hope you will use this opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the night off! Disney provides a babysitting service during the wedding or feel free to leave the older kids to enjoy the resort while you party!
