Where is the wedding?

Answer

Will shuttle services be provided?

Answer

Shuttle services will be provided to and from Parkside Resort and our wedding venue (The Magnolia). Shuttle schedule will be shared with you at a later date.

What is the parking situation at the Magnolia (wedding venue)?

Answer

There is no parking at the venue as it is at the top of a mountain. Please park at Smoky Mountain Zip lines. There will be a shuttle provided to take you to and from the parking lot.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00pm. Therefore please arrive one hour prior, leaving enough time to shuttle up to the venue and find your seats. If you are staying at Parkside Resort, you will recieve a shuttle schedule of your pickup time at a later date.

Will there be a time gap between wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

No. The ceremony will roll right into a cocktail hour, then right into dinner and dancing.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire meaning suits for men and formal evening wear for women. Please just avoid wearing white, off white, and cream colors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have a small, intimate guest list with our celebration being RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

We love your kids but we will not be accommodating guests under 21. Thank you for understanding!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Ceremony will be outdoors, dinner will be indoors, dancing will be in and outdoors.

How do I RSVP and when should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by navigating to the RSVP tab of our website and following the prompts. Please do so by July 1.
