¡Nos casamos! We’re getting married!

Andrea was a hired as a mentor—someone who believed every problem had a solution, even if it took a little patience and a lot of explaining. Daniel, on the other hand, didn’t know he was about to become part of an equation that would change his life. It begins in the summer of 2014 when Andy mentored Danny in Math at Whittier High School. Andy and Danny carried their friendship throughout high school, and Danny never mentioned it to her that he was attracted to her, until she graduated and decided to move to Mexico to study Dentistry. While Andrea was in Mexico and Danny in the U.S. they would talk every day through Snapchat and he would always try to get Andreas attention, but Andrea would not give him a chance :( This friendship continued until 2019 when Danny insisted that Andrea gave him a chance to get to know her. She finally said yes. That night he dedicated “La Malagueña” to her and that song has been part of their relationship ever since. The Pandemic hit and Andrea had to fly back to the U.S. because she did not know how long this COVID thing would last. After months of Danny and Andrea talking and FaceTiming they finally had their first date at a 5 star restaurant…a taco truck. They continued dating, sharing their love for Disney, etc. and on March 14 of 2021 Danny asked Andrea to be his Girlfriend. Andrea was back in Mexico during this time doing her internship and Danny went to visit her and meet her family in Mexico. A couple weeks after that he joined the Air Force. During these two months of Danny being gone for Basic training, Danny and Andy were not able to call, see each other and obviously were thousands of miles apart. This tested their relationship even more because their only form of communication was through letters and an unexpected call any day of the week. Finally the wait was over and it was Dannys graduation day, Andrea saw it through Facebook live and once Danny got his phone they were able to talk like before. This was just the beginning of Dannys military career, he still had to go through technical training, which was 3.5 months long and Andrea was able to fly out from Mexico to Texas to attend his graduation. Danny then got the news that he would be stationed in California making it easier for them to see each other. Fast forward a couple years, it is New year’s Eve 2024 and Danny was having a talk with Mr. Venegas when he had the brightest idea known to man (ask for Rickys daughters hand in marriage). Obviously Mr. And Mrs. Venegas said yes. Danny waisted no time and went to look for the perfect engagement ring. Then he planned a trip to Disney World which is where he planned to pop the big question. On May 14, 2025 Danny asked Andy to marry him in front of the Cinderella castle. (If you know Andy Cinderella is her favorite princess so this was a perfect proposal for her). Their love only continues to grow and they are so blessed to be able to celebrate their union with the people they love most.
