A coastal ceremony to remember — July 10. Save the date

July 6, 2024 is a day we’ll remember forever — even the parts that made us laugh later. We went to the beach we love most, the one that always feels like a little escape from the world. The sun was dropping toward the horizon, the sky turning all those soft summer colors, and everything looked picture‑perfect… except one thing: he was noticeably nervous. So nervous, in fact, that we started to butt heads a little without even realizing why. Looking back, it’s hilarious — me wondering why he was acting weird, him trying to keep it together with a ring burning a hole in his pocket. As we walked along the shoreline, he suddenly stopped. Before I could ask what was going on, I turned around and saw him down on one knee. In that instant, the world got quiet. Just us, the waves, the warm sand, and the moment we’d remember forever. I said yes — of course I said yes — and as soon as we hugged, we heard something we definitely weren’t expecting: an entire crowd clapping and cheering behind us. We hadn’t noticed anyone gathering, but apparently we had quite the audience. Their excitement made the moment even more magical (and a little funny). Now we’re getting married on that same beach — the place where the nerves, the laughter, the cheers, and the love all came together in the most unforgettable way.
