Shuttle pick up at Holiday Inn in Williamsburg and Club Wyndham at Patriots Place
April 6, 2024 4:00 pm - 10:30 pm
We have two buses for transportation from the main hotel area that will take people to the venue and back. One bus holds 55 people and another will hold 35. Both buses will only make one trip from the hotels to the wedding venue and back. The larger 55 passenger bus will pick up at Holiday Inn in Williamsburg (515 Bypass Road, Williamsburg VA). The 35 passenger bus will pick up at Club Wyndham at Patriots Place Reception (220 House of Burgesses Way, Williamsburg) and then swing by Holiday Inn for any remaining passengers. The buses will arrive to the hotels at 4pm leave at 4:15 and arrive at the wedding venue around 4:45. The buses will then leave the venue at 10pm to arrive back at the hotels by 10:30pm.

This is a great option with full sized fridges and kitchenettes and is 19 minutes away from the rehearsal dinner and from the Brewery for the welcome party as well as 30 minutes away from the venue. This is where we will be staying and has a discounted rate until February 23, 2024 at 5:00pm EST.
