When is the RSVP deadline?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request our guests come in cocktail/semi-formal attire. What does that mean? Avoid anything overly casual like a sundress, t-shirt, jeans or sneakers. A knee-length, tea-length or midi-length cocktail dress is great. Dressy jumpsuits and suits for women are also appropriate. For the guys, a dress shirt and slacks, with the option to wear a jacket or tie is totally reasonable. Please, no jeans.

Are kids welcome?

Due to limited seating & venue limitations, we respectfully request that this be an adults-only ceremony, reception & after party. Only those 21+ will be able to join us. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to venue capacity for the ceremony and reception, we have a strict guest list. Our ceremony & reception are RSVP-invitation only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your RSVP. Please reach out to us with any questions.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 6 PM. There is no parking directly on site. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early and give enough time to park in a nearby lot or take an Uber.

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony & reception will be primarily indoors with a small outdoor patio space available in the front. Gentle reminder that the Decatur Square is a smoke-free area, so be sure to plan accordingly.

How should I get there?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at The Ramspeck in Decatur Square, right next door to Brick Store Pub. Parking is easily accessible in one of the many lots around Decatur, or feel free to ride share to save the hassle of trying to park. The after-party will be at Hotel Clermont. The hotel has valet parking available as well as street parking in the surrounding neighborhoods.

What's on the menu?

Answer

We will have a variety of passed hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour. Dinner will be buffet style, with menu items that include a vegan or chicken dish. Dessert will include cake and brownies. We hope you enjoy the menu we selected!

Will there be drinks?

Answer

Yes! We are planning to serve a selection of wines, beer, and specialty cocktails at our reception! There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception; however, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after-party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Yes! In lieu of traditional gifts, we've set up a honeymoon fund for our trip to Greece. You can find that on the Registry tab of this site.
