We strongly encourage guests to book their flights well in advance to secure the best rates. Chicago is a popular destination, and prices can fluctuate. Additionally, we have a limited number of hotel rooms available at each listed hotel—booking before the cutoff date is highly recommended to ensure availability. All hotel blocks are flexible to accommodate guests for the weekend.

Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk
Reservation Information: Our hotel block with the Sheraton hotel is available from Thursday, October 23, through Sunday, October 26, to accommodate guests for the wedding weekend, including the morning after welcome brunch. Reservations must be made by Tuesday, September 30, 2025, to guarantee availability. Important information to note: · There are four block options: (1) Traditional Double/Double Bed Room (2) Traditional King Bed Room (3) Deluxe Water View King Bed Room (4) Deluxe Water View Double/Double Bed · The Sherton charges a $25 per room per night fee that is added as a $25 food and beverage credit (non-cumulative) · Each reserved room includes: (1) A one-time entry (per stay) to the Chicago Architecture Center (for up to 2 guests). (2) 2 passes for daily admission to the Chicago Sports Museum.

Reservation Information: Our hotel block with the Chicago Marriott Mag Mile is available from Thursday, October 23, through Sunday, October 26, to accommodate guests for the wedding weekend, including the morning-after welcome brunch. Reservations must be made by Thursday, September 25, 2025, to guarantee availability. Important information to note: · There is one guaranteed block option: Standard Room, and several others to choose from that are subject to availability. · The Marriott Mag Mile charges a $25 per room per night destination fee that is added as a $25 food and beverage credit (non-cumulative), redeemable at Rush Street Pantry, Reviver Bar for Harvest Restaurant, OR Marriott Bonvoy Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador Elite Members may use the credit toward Beverage purchases in the Club Lounge · Each reserved room includes (1) two complimentary tickets to a historic store tour of Macy’s on State Street (for up to 2 guests), (2) an eAtlas customized self-guided walking tour for two people, and (3) an instructor-led spin class (for two guests), supported by Fitness On Demand. Inclusions are subject to change.
