When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on September 19, 2026 at Unity Village in Unity Village, MO. Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors at Unity Village. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, followed by cocktail hour and the reception. The venue is located just 15 miles southeast of downtown Kansas City, making it easily accessible while offering a beautiful, natural setting. Please visit the Schedule page for full details. What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code for our wedding is formal attire with a garden-party aesthetic. We kindly ask guests to wear their most elegant and refined clothing. For men, this may include a suit, or a tailored blazer paired with dress pants. Women are invited to wear evening gowns, cocktail dresses, or a sophisticated dressy outfit. We can’t wait to see everyone looking their best as we celebrate together!

Am I allowed to bring children or a plus-one?

Answer

Yes! Children are welcome to attend both the ceremony and reception. Please list all attending guests, including children, when you RSVP. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Answer

No, we will not be reserving a hotel block. Guests are welcome to choose accommodations that best suit their preferences. We’ve listed several nearby hotel options in the Accommodations section of our website for your convenience.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. Guests should plan to arrange their own transportation to and from the venue.

Are you registered for gifts?

Answer

We are not registered for traditional gifts. Your presence truly means the world to us and is more than enough. If you wish to give a gift, we would be grateful for a cash gift or a contribution to our Future Fund. For your convenience, online contributions are available and accept all major credit cards. Please note that online contributions are subject to a 2.5% processing fee.
