Iron Mountain Hot Springs
Every time Gabe and I are in Colorado we have to hit Iron Mountain Hot Springs! It’s such an amazing experience, so relaxing, with insane views, and the piña colada is hands down the best I’ve ever had. One of Colorados best hidden gems!
Vail Village
Vail Village is definitely worth exploring, especially in August when the days are warm, sunny, and full of life. It truly feels like one of the most magical times of the year. You can stroll along the scenic river that winds through the village, take in the stunning mountain views, browse charming art galleries, discover unique boutiques, and enjoy a variety of great restaurants. Every Sunday, the farmers market brings the village to life with local vendors, handmade goods, and antiques, making it the perfect way to soak in the beauty and energy of the season.
Color Coffee
Easily our favorite Coffee shop in the area! Owned by two of my best friends. Hands-down the best coffee in Eagle, with an incredible natural wine selection and the best beers around. If you’re visiting for the wedding, this is a must-stop to really soak in the full Eagle experience. Amazing drinks, unbeatable vibes, and the kind of place you’ll want to hang out longer than planned!
Red Canyon Cafe
Best of the best!!! The Red Canyon Cafe go here for Breakfast or lunch best cafe in town!! Food is so bomb always a 12/10 try the sandwich The Grand Velasco named after my family! How freaking cool! Me & Gabe always hit this place when were in town! WE LOVE!!!!!!!!!

Legends are made here. An Eagle icon. The undisputed champion of Chinese food in town. The flavors? Elite. The drinks? Immaculate. The vibes? Untouchable. Andrea has made some of her most cherished memories here… and plans to make many more, preferably with a plate in front of her and a Chang beer at all times!!
