Is there specific attire for the wedding?

Answer

We would love to see everyone best dressed.

Question

Are we allowed to bring additional attendees/children outside of the guest list?

Answer

As much as we would love to make the adjustment to our guest lists, we are trying to keep this as intimate as possible. However, anyone is encouraged to appear via Zoom as we will also have family and friends appearing virtually who could not travel for our event. Please see the additional sections for the meeting link. Passcodes will be provided on the official invitation.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception start time will be on the invitation. We do recommend that guests arrive 15 to 20 minutes or so before the official ceremony start time so they can get settled before the proceedings.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire event will be indoors.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Parking is provided by the hotel.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will not be an open bar, however, there will be a special treat should you choose.

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

Due to this being an intimate wedding, we will not be providing hotel room blocks.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

Memories are a big deal for our family so photos and videos are encouraged.

What's the best way to RSVP and when is the deadline?

Answer

We recommend to RSVP at the link that will be provided on the invitation. Whomever is not tech savvy, word of mouth will suffice.

I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Answer

Absolutely! We will have family and friends who will not be able to travel and will have a virtual celebration as well. Please see the Virtual Celebration section.

Answer

Yes, please see the Wedding Registry section.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Although we would love this option, we will be traveling back to Washington post wedding and encourage gifts in form of store to home. Should you choose gift cards or cash that would be appreciated as well.

What health and safety measures for COVID will you be taking during the event?

Answer

Vaccination and testing prior to the wedding IS NOT required. You are welcome to wear masks if that makes you more comfortable.
