Where is the wedding happening?

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the Event Center Agoura Hills on Friday, March 7, 2025. Address: 29900 Ladyface Ct, Agoura Hills, CA 91301 Event time: 4pm-10pm

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4pm. Please account for any traffic and arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to allow yourselves time to find your favorite viewing seat and maybe take a Polaroid for our guestbook :)

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal/Cocktail Attire Ladies: Elegant Cocktail Dresses Gentlemen: Suits & Ties (or a Barong Tagalog if you have) Note to self: Ceremony will be on grass! Wedding party will be wearing burgundy.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Springtime weather in California. High will be around 60, lows in the 40s. Dress warm! Note to self: The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Reception will be indoors.

How bad is LA traffic?

Answer

Pretty bad - please plan accordingly (especially for those coming from out of town!). Driving from LAX airport can take anywhere from 45min to over 1.5 hrs!

How can I rent a car?

Answer

If renting from LAX, they have rental car places open 24/7. Majority of rental cars are located outside of the main airport, so they provide shuttle service to and from the rental car area. As a result, additional time should be taken into consideration!

What’s the parking situation like at the venue?

Answer

Parking situation is great, and there are spaces available. However, car pooling with friends and family wouldn’t be a bad idea either! Parking will be available at the very TOP of the hill, after the round-about. Follow signs for private event parking. There is a parking lot at the bottom of the hill if spaces at the top run out.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

Hawaiian BBQ buffet style - please let us know of any dietary restrictions when RSVP-ing for the reception. We will try to accommodate as best we can!

Answer

Yes, we will be offering 2 signature cocktails with a selection of beers and wines. Please drink responsibly!
