What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Guests should arrive between 4:00 - 4:15 pm The main gates to the ranch will be closed by 4:20 pm. Guests should be seated by 4:30 pm

Answer

Are kids welcome?

The only children will be our precious flower girls.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is formal. For women, this means a long evening gown, and for men, a suit and tie are appropriate. *no all white, ivory, cream, as those are colors for the bride.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the reception. We ask that guests drink in moderation to maintain a respectful dignified celebration. Please consider having a designated driver or using Uber or Lyft.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the only gift we need! We do not have a traditional registry! There will be a card box at the reception for cards with hand written congratulations.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. No substitutions if a named guest cannot attend. Thank you for understanding!

How should I RSVP?

Answer

Please mail back the RSVP card that you received with your invitation by the RSVP date listed, so we can plan accordingly! Formal invitations will be sent by mail.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Yes, there will be parking available at the wedding venue.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer & videographer team to capture every moment & do not want guest’s cell phones in the professional photographer’s shots. You may take pictures during the reception, however we ask that you do not tag us on social media until after we have first shared wedding pictures of ourselves. Thank you kindly for respecting our requests.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! Please bring umbrellas if rain is in the forecast. The ceremony is outdoors. The reception is indoors.

Can I show up if I did not RSVP in time?

Answer

If you were unable to send your RSVP back by mail by the RSVP deadline, please contact the bride & groom directly as soon as possible. (Note: the formal invitations will be sent by mail in the coming weeks). After a certain date, the final headcount is locked in with the vendors for chairs, tables, & catering. The bride & groom ask to send your RSVP back by mail as soon as you receive it, or by the RSVP deadline that will be listed on the formal invitation. Thank you kindly.
