We’re getting married!

we met by the river walk in downtown Wilmington, NC. little did we know that we were going to be an important part of each other’s lives forever. we were messaging each other after we met for the first time and Aaron tried face timing Emily multiple times throughout the week, but she didn’t know him that well. She asked, “why are you trying to FaceTime me?” and he responded, “I am just trying to get to know you.” Emily then later on responded, “If you want to get to know me, why don’t you take me out on a date?” This then led to their first date later on that week at Hi-Wire Brewing Company. They immediately hit it off and Emily later told her roommate & her roommate’s Mom, “I’m going to marry him, I just know it”. As the months went on, their relationship grew and they never got tired of each other as well as enjoyed being in each other’s presence. Emily & Aaron knew that they were each other’s person and best friend…cheesy, I know. Aaron then popped the question on May 1st, 2021 at Airlie Gardens which was a special place for both of them since that’s where that had one of their first dates at and had tacos after. So here we are, getting married November 3rd of 2023.
