Just 14 years in the making...

We met on our school bus in 2007, when Veronica's family moved to Pittsfield from Connecticut. Veronica immediately started instigating by stealing the prized one-seater from Patrick. We were placed in the same fifth grade class (shoutout to Mrs. Zervas) and spent time in a lot of overlapping activities throughout the next four years. We did not surprise anyone when we started dating in 2011. There was a lot of middle school drama that led up to the big ask, which was made over Twitter DMs. Despite the distance of college, we remained together. In 2020, we moved in together in Windsor, CT. We bought our first house together in 2022.
