Q & A

The Wedding Website of Annie Vazquez and Jason Eichenberger
Question

What is the RSVP deadline? / How do I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP by 05/01/2026, so we can be sure to have enough food, drinks, and chairs for everyone. Please RSVP on the RSVP tab of the website.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue by 5:30PM (30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time) to ensure you have enough time to park, walk to the ceremony space, and find a seat.

Question

Can I bring a plus one? / Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes, you can! Please be sure to include information about any additional guests when you RSVP.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We request that you turn off electronics during the ceremony. We have two wonderful professional photographers who will be there to capture the ceremony, and we’ll happily share those pictures with any of our guests. After the ceremony is complete, take as many pictures as you like at the cocktail hour and reception.

Question

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! Small bites will be served during cocktail hour. Dinner will be served at the reception.

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.

Question

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Yes! And we want to encourage everyone to come out onto the dancefloor with us to celebrate!

Question

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

All the main entrees for dinner (beef, salmon, and vegetarian) will be gluten free! If you have additional food allergies or dietary restrictions we should know about, please let us know about this when you RSVP.

Question

What if my kids are picky eaters?

Answer

Kids are more than welcome to choose from the regular adult menu for dinner (beef, salmon, or vegetarian options). But if you have a particularly picky eater, we will have a "kid's meal" choice available. You can choose this option when you RSVP.

Question

Can I take home centerpieces or other decor?

Answer

Flowers are meant to be enjoyed, and we will not be able to take them all home with us. It's okay to take a centerpiece vase with flowers home with you at the end of the party, if you like. We ask that you take only one vase of flowers so that other guests can take one home, too. Please ask before taking any other decor items home. Some items are rented and must be returned after the wedding.

Question

Who can I contact with additional questions?

Answer

Please reach out to us at AnnieAndJasonWedding@mail.com with any other questions.
