Where should I park?

Answer

There is strictly no parking available on site. We strongly encourage all guests to use Uber or other pick & drop options. We will be providing buses from designated pick-up points in South East Auckland. Bus transport will run on a strict schedule and will require an RSVP. If you do not RSVP for a bus, you will need to arrange your own transport to the venue. If you're getting picked up from the venue by Taxi or Uber, please make sure to pre-book your ride. The venue is located quite far from the typical routes for Uber and Taxi services, so it could be challenging if you haven't arranged it in advance.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

No, due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. If your name is not on the guest list then you will be turned away. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to strict venue policies and the events proximity to the open sea our wedding and reception is an adults only event. Children under the age of 13 will not be permitted to attend - we will include your kids names on your invite if they are able to attend. We hope you’ll enjoy this evening as a special date night. A time to relax and celebrate with us!

What to wear

Answer

The dress code is traditional wear. However, if you don’t have traditional attire, please wear formal attire. Since the venue is outdoors, please dress warmly. Ladies, we recommend avoiding high heels as they may sink into the grass.

What is the schedule and duration of the event?

Answer

Guests who require bus transport will need to meet at separate pick-up locations for the bride’s side and the groom’s side, as both sides will only join together at the wedding venue. The bride’s side bus will depart from East Auckland at 11:00 AM, and guests coming on their own should be dropped off at the venue by 12:00 PM. The groom’s side bus leaves East Auckland at 11:30 AM. Guests coming on their own should be dropped off at the venue by 12:45 PM. Wedding rituals will take place from 1:00pm to 3:30pm, followed by sip & social from 3:30pm to 6:00pm, and the reception from 6:00pm to 10:00pm. Return bus transport for those who require it will start at 9:30pm.
