Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our event will start at promptly at 4:00 pm on November 15th, meaning, everyone should be seated by then. You can start arriving as early as 3:30 pm to find a seat!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place at the outdoor location, which is just a few steps away from the parking lot! Guests will then be ushered inside for the remainder of the evening, with the option to move outside for the reception.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you will be able to attend as soon as possible! We must submit our total guest count by October 1st. Any RSVPs not responded to will be counted as "No"s.

I won't be able to make it. How do I break the news?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot make it, we totally understand. Please RSVP "No" so we can include your response in our numbers for the venue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we love hosting anyone and everyone, we have worked really hard to find a venue that can accommodate our guest list. If you do not have a "Plus One" on your invitation, please do not bring a guest!

What should I wear?

Answer

We ask that you wear your most comfortable cocktail attire. To create a sense of cohesiveness in our pictures, we would love to see our guests in earth-tones! Please keep in mind that our event will take place in November, so it is very likely to get chilly as the sun sets.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

You can find hotels in surrounding areas, such as Winder, Braselton, Buford, and Lawrenceville. We will not be blocking rooms at any specific place, so you are welcome to choose the location and price that works best for you! There are also a few Airbnbs in the area if you are traveling with a larger group.

What's the best way to contact you if I have additional questions?

Answer

You can contact either of us over our phones! It would probably be best to text or message us first, as we may not be able to answer a call on a whim. If you'd prefer to call, that's fine too! We may have to play phone tag, though.
