Appetizers for cocktail hour will include spinakopita and sausage stuffed mushrooms. We came up with two cocktails that we're excited for you to try! "The Steven"- Citadelle Gin, homemade spruce tip syrup, lime juice, topped with soda water. "The Holly"- Citadelle Gin, homemade lavender syrup, lemon juice, topped with soda water, sprig of rosemary (optional). All drinks can be made "mocktail" style. You can substitute and use any spirit of your liking, but we recommend gin :)!

Salads will be served first (Ranch or Italian Dressing) Dinner will be served buffet style! We'll have Chicken Schnitzel, Mushroom Ravioli, brussel sprouts, and twice baked potatoes (bacon on the side).
