When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 17th, which is the cut off date for the Lake Louise Inn hotel block. However, we recommend you book your accommodation as soon as possible. Banff and Lake Louise are extremely busy during the high season and booking early guarantees better rates and availability.

Can I bring guest(s)?

If your invitation did not include a guest and you would like to bring one, please contact us at vaughnzhang2020@gmail.com.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise would be the most seamless experience, but due to the limited availability of our room block, we recommend the Lake Louise Inn or other Lake Louise hotels, as we will have guest shuttles all day for a convenient experience. If you want to stay in Banff, note that it is about an hour's drive away from the venue.

I have a food allergy or dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy or other dietary restrictions that are not covered by the existing menu choices, please submit your restriction with your RSVP or contact us at vaughnzhang2020@gmail.com and the Fairmont staff will be happy to accommodate your needs.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free public parking is available at the Lake Louise parking lot adjacent to the Fairmont on a first-come, first-served basis. Paid hotel parking is available for Fairmont guests.
