FAQs

The Wedding Website of Stephanie Vaughn and Daniel Donnell
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

TBD

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome! However, due to limited space and highchair availability at our venue, we kindly ask that infants and children who require a highchair or booster seat not attend. Because many guests will be traveling, we know this may require extra planning and truly appreciate your flexibility as we work within the venue’s limitations.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, the venue offers parking. However, available spaces are limited and we strongly advise taking advantage of the shuttle services offered. Shuttle pick up and drop off locations are listed below.

Question

Is there transportation between lodging accommodations and the venue?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle running on the day of the wedding to bring everyone to and from the venue. Further details to come on the shuttle pickup and drop off schedule. Locations for shuttle pick up and drop offs are listed below. 1) The Courtyard Marriot in Pigeon Forge (Hotel Info Under Travel Section) 2) The Hilton Garden Inn in Pigeon Forge (Hotel Info Under Travel Section) 3) The Fairfield by Marriott in Pigeon Forge (Hotel Info Under Travel Section)

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Question

Can I bring a physical gift on the wedding day?

Answer

Because we will be traveling for our wedding, we kindly ask that any physical gifts be sent to our home instead of brought on the day of the event. A card box will be available at the venue for cards and monetary gifts if that is easier as well.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

According to ChatGPT, the weather in Sevierville, TN is typically warm, green, and very spring-like in mid-to-late May, with daytime temperatures around 75–80°F and evenings in the mid-50s to 60s. But since we’re out-of-towners too, we recommend just checking the forecast closer to the wedding.
