SpringHill Suites Denver West/Golden

We have reserved a hotel block at the SpringHill Suites Denver West/Golden. The discounted rates are available from Thursday, September 3rd – Sunday, September 6th and must be reserved no later than Sunday, July 19th. If you would like to arrive early or depart later, please contact our Travel Coordinator (Help@EngagedSourcing.com or 720-593-8534) and reference the “Wohlers/Nys Wedding".

Shuttles to the Venue

We will have shuttles running from SpringHill Suites Denver West/Golden to the venue and back. The shuttle will depart from the hotel at 2:30 PM. Local guests are welcome to park at the hotel and ride the shuttle as well. An early shuttle will return to the hotel at 8:00 PM for anyone who’d like to head out early. The remaining shuttles will depart the venue at 10:00 PM. Our venue, North Star Gatherings, sits at the top of a mountain in the Arapaho National Forest. We strongly discourage driving to the venue due to the steep and narrow forest roads. Uber and Lyft do not service this area. If you choose to drive, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the venue.
