What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30. Please arrive no later than 5:15. For those departing via shuttle from Charlottesville, the shuttle schedule is being finalized and will be released soon.

Yes, for those who wish to drive, there will be ample parking at The Market at Grelen.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we have arranged shuttles back and forth from the hotel blocks. Shuttle schedule to follow!

What is the best way to get to Charlottesville?

Answer

The Charlottesville airport and Amtrak train are great options to get directly into Charlottesville. Otherwise, the Richmond airport is about an hour drive from Charlottesville.
