On May 20, 2023, we met for the first time at The Basement in Munroe Falls after chatting on an online dating app. Ironically, neither of us had high expectations, having both heard (and lived through) our fair share of online dating disasters. What we didn’t expect was a first date filled with great food, bowling, and nonstop laughter. We enjoyed each other’s company so much that our second date happened the very next morning over breakfast at Village Gardens. From that point on, we were nearly inseparable, spending almost every day together. Looking back, we still marvel at how comfortable we felt with one another so quickly—able to be completely ourselves, sharing openly without fear of judgment. That sense of ease and acceptance remains one of the most treasured parts of our relationship. On June 4, 2023, we made our relationship official. Though our journey together has been just over three years, it has been filled with growth, challenges, and lessons that have only strengthened our bond. Through every trial and triumph, we’ve learned that we are stronger together. We believe the foundation of love is built on patience, sacrifice, family, and growth—values that continue to make us fall in love with each other again and again. Our love story isn’t perfect, but it is raw, real, and always worth fighting for. We are best friends. We are partners. And on September 19, 2026, we become two souls joining as one. We are beyond excited to begin this next chapter as husband and wife, alongside the little family we’ve built together with our sons, Jeff and Midas.
