Please plan to arrive no later than 3:30pm as we will be starting promptly at 3:35pm.
While we would love to celebrate with as many of our loved ones as possible, we can only accommodate those whose names are included on the formal invitation.
Although we adore your children, we have decided to make our big day an adults-only celebration. Enjoy your night off of parenting duties!
There will be two (2) vans shuttling wedding guests from the Tru by Hilton in Denver to the venue the day of the wedding. The first round of shuttles will depart the hotel by 3:10pm and the second will depart by 3:25pm. Please plan to meet in the lobby. At the end of the evening, these shuttles will also provide transportation for guests back to the hotel.
The ceremony will be held in an open-air garden area that is covered. The dance floor will also be in an open-air garden area. Please plan accordingly for the weather and bring a light jacket if you need!
Please dress in cocktail or semi-formal attire and kindly avoid wearing jeans.
We will reach out one time with a text reminder to everyone who hasn’t RSVP’d by the deadline of September 12th. One (1) week after the reminder, anyone who has not RSVP’d will be marked as “not attending.” We love you and will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative that we give our vendors the final guest counts and any dietary needs by their deadline to ensure that the event continues according to schedule.
