Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes! If their names or "and family" are on your invitation, kids are welcome!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation sates "and Guest," then yes! If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Dressy-casual. The guys will be comfortable in their boots and jeans and we want you to be comfortable, too! We will be outdoors for portions of the celebration, so wear comfortable shoes. Elegant sun dresses, button-down shirts, and dress pants or dark jeans are all appropriate outfit ideas for our casual dress code.

Can I take and post photos on social media?

Answer

Yes, BUT... Our ceremony will be a phone-free section of the day. We've got a photographer to capture that part of the day and want everyone to be focused on the ceremony. During the reception, feel free to take as many photos as you want! We would love to see our special day from different perspectives. We ask that you use our hashtag #VarVais2022 so that we can keep track of all the photos!

What's the best way to RSVP?

Answer

Online is the preferred option, but we will be accepting both online and mailed RSVPs.

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is gift enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your conveinence.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
