Travel and Accommodations
We have booked a hotel block at the Viana hotel for our guests. To book your room call 1 (516)-338-7777 and mention the Sweetman-Varuzzi wedding block to get a room with us. They have also made it possible to book your rooms online if you use the code: “2108SWEVA”. They have assured me a 3 pm check in but they are willing to try and accommodate early check ins if you need. As a guest of our block you are able to take use a 15% discount on some of the spa services and retail during your stay.
We have booked a shuttle bus to take our guests to and from the venue and hotel so that our guests staying can check in and get ready at the hotel before the wedding. The bus will be at the hotel starting at 4:30 pm and ready to leave for the venue at 5:30.
The next morning we will be hosting a brunch for our guests at the hotel from 10-12pm.
