What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes. Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Hotel Mission de Oro in Santa Nella, CA. Ceremony will be outdoors and reception will be indoors.

Dress code is formal attire.

Can I bring a guest or my children?

The reception ends promptly at 10:00 PM. Please ensure you have a safe way home if traveling after the event.

What is the nearest airport?

Answer

The nearest airports to Santa Nella, CA are San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC) and Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT). San Jose is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from Santa Nella and Fresno is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from Santa Nella.

Do you have a hotel block?

Yes. We have rooms reserved for out-of-town guests or those looking to stay the night at Hotel Mission de Oro. Please check out our "Travel" section of the website for more information.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes. There will be signage directing you to the event parking lot located on the right as you drive up to the hotel.

Will rideshare (Uber/Lyft) be available in the area?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the rural location, there will most likely not be any Ubers or Lyfts in the area at the time of the event.

What kind of meal will be served?

We will be having a buffet style dinner that will include chicken parmesan, tri-tip, scalloped potatoes, and roasted carrots.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar during the cocktail hour, 2:30-4:00 PM. After the cocktail hour, there will be a cash bar for the remainder of the night.

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

The ceremony will be on grass while the reception will be indoors. If wearing heels, be aware that thin heels may sink into the grass during the ceremony.
