Please use Tuesday as your travel day to the Sun Valley area. Recommended flights are listed in the "Travel" tab of the wedding website. Rental cars have been booked, so no need to worry about transportation for the week. Nichole will pick you up at the airport on Tuesday and will drop you off on Sunday for your return flight home.

Welcome to Sun Valley! This is a casual evening, so wear what you'd like! Jeans, dresses, or anything in between.
We’re so excited to kick off the weekend with a casual cocktail hour, generously hosted by our dear friends, Marcia & Jim Houston, at their beautiful home in Ketchum. They’ll be serving up delicious appetizers and drinks, so join us in raising a glass to the start of a special wedding weekend. We first met Marcia & Jim several years ago—right here in Sun Valley—after a chance encounter at a local breakfast spot. What began as a casual conversation quickly turned into a lasting friendship, and thanks to their incredible hospitality, we’ve been lucky enough to visit and stay at their home year after year. It’s no exaggeration to say that their kindness played a huge part in making us fall in love with this magical place. We truly can’t thank them enough for opening their home to all of us tonight. We can’t wait for you to meet them, get to know them, and see firsthand why Sun Valley has become so special to us.

Rehersal Dinner

This will be a casual dinner at Warfield Distillery & Brewery, located right in heart of downtown Ketchum. It feels especially fitting to celebrate here, since Nick and Nichole first met when Nichole was working at a brewery, so in a way, this dinner brings things full circle. Dinner will feature a delicious, locally-sourced menu with a variety of seasonal options to choose from for your entrée. We'll also have shared appetizers, fresh salads, and something sweet to finish the night.

The ceremony will take place outside (rain or shine), so comfortable shoes or chunky heels are preferred. You may want to bring a light jacket or scarf as the weather could be chilly!
Post-Wedding Dinner

Dinner at the AirBnB
We have Chef Andrew Dunning coming to the AirBnB to cook a multi-course meal, so we'll spend the evening back at the AirBnB for an intimate family dinner. More details to come as it gets closer!

Free Day to Explore

We hope you'll take Saturday to walk around and get outside on the bike path, golf course or in the mountains. Or if the weather isn't great, maybe a spa day at Sun Valley Resort. Depending on everyone's preferences, we can either organize another family dinner in town or cook dinner at home. We can decide as it gets closer!
