Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have a trolley available for the guests who indicated on their RSVP that they will require transportation. Please be on the trolley and ready to rock by 4:40pm the absolute latest, as it will be leaving at 4:45pm!

Is it an open or cash bar?

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We love your little ones, but in order to maximize our guest list, we are not able to accommodate anyone under the age of 13. We completely understand that this might present as an inconvenience. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions!

Will there be a photo booth?

Answer

Even better, we are working with Fotio to allow our guests to take beautiful black & white, vintage photos. These will be uploaded to a file & you will have the opportunity to download them after the wedding. Don't forget to use our hashtag, #VidaDeVargas, when you post your pics!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

ABSOLUTELY. Please let us know along with your RSVP so we can notify our caterers.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot attached to the venue.

Is the ceremony/reception indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be in the Sculpture Garden, which is outdoor but covered. The reception will be inside the Loft space. Best of both worlds!

What is the preferred dress for the evening?

Answer

Cocktail/semi-formal preferred! We want everyone to be comfortable and feel good. Cocktail dresses and blouses, jackets and slacks. Ties are optional!
