Are there any COVID vaccine requirements?

Answer

To ensure the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we require everyone to be vaccinated AND to provide a negative Covid-19 PCR test result taken within 48 hours before the wedding. Please check your emails for details.

When should I RSVP by? Where should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 31st, 2021. You can RSVP on the website or feel free to reach out to Paul or Vanessa. Otherwise, we will sadly assume you are not attending.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will be starting at 5:00pm, please arrive no later than 4:45pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, Formal or Black-Tie Optional dress code. Men: Suit and tie/bowtie. Females: floor length or formal cocktail dress.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your kids, we think this event would be better suited for adults only.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there's is a parking lot at the venue. There will be signs directing you to where you need to park.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle transporting guests to/from the venue from La Concha Renaissance San Juan Resort. The bus will be departing La Concha Hotel promptly at 4:15pm from the front of the hotel and at 10:30pm from Jardines de Castillo.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

All hotel recommendations have been added to the Travel page. If you prefer to not book a hotel, Air BNB is always an option. Suggested areas: San Juan, Isla Verde, and Condado.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, due to venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate plus ones. We appreciate your understanding!
