Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. In keeping with Chinese cultural traditions, we kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing red, as this color is reserved for the bride. We also encourage to avoid wearing all-white as white is a funeral color.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking in the hotel parking lot. Otherwise, there is free weekend street parking.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Children are welcome as long as parents are responsible and considerate; please step out of the reception if your child needs a break to reduce disruptions to events.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Warrior Hotel is the best option as all events will be at this same site. If the hotel block runs out, please reach out to Anne so that she can request for more rooms.

What time should I arrive for the reception?

Answer

Cocktail hour will begin at 5pm and reception seating will begin at 6pm, but we encourage you to come early! The ceremony will conclude by 5pm. We will likely take a few pictures while transitioning into cocktail hour before the reception begins.
