We would recommend arriving at the venue absolutely no later than 4:50pm so we are able to begin the ceremony on time at 5pm.
Yes! There will be 3 shuttles leaving from the Residence Inn by Marriott going to the venue leaving in 25-30 minute intervals starting at 3:40pm. Guests staying at the Home 2 Suites should walk over from their hotel to get on the shuttle at the Residence Inn (don't worry the hotels are essentially in the same parking lot). The shuttle will also take 4 trips from the venue back to the hotels later in the night starting at 9:30pm. **Please see information card in the welcome bag you will get when you check into the hotel for more information on how to sign up for one of the three shuttle times**
For guests that would like to drive to the venue, there is plenty of free on-site parking to accommodate all. The venue asks that all cars be removed from the venue parking lot by 11am Sunday morning.
The ceremony & cocktail hour will be outdoors while the reception will be indoors.
We have reserved a room block at Residence Inn by Marriott - Dayton Miamisburg & Home 2 Suites by Hilton - Dayton South. Please book your stay by 7/22/26 to guarantee a room in our block. Use the link provided in the 'Travel' tab while booking to receive our reduced rate.
Due to space constraints at our venue, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitations. If you receive a plus-one, it will be listed on your invitation and when you RSVP.
We love truly love all of your kiddos but are asking guests to refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on your invitation. We would love this to be a much deserved night off for the parents!
We'd love to see all of our friends and family dressed up for our special day! We are requesting formal or semi-formal attire for our wedding. Ladies, think cocktail to full length dresses or dressy separates. Guys, think suit pants & a jacket, with or without a tie. Please no jeans, t-shirts, or flip flops.
