Can I bring a plus one? Are my kids welcome?

Due to venue limitations, we are not able to accommodate plus ones or other individuals not listed on your invitation. We hope you understand, and that you are still be able to join us for this celebration.

Yes, the bar is hosted. We ask that you tip the bartenders on Venmo, and please drink responsibly. For 21+, bring your ID!

Avanti Food and Beverage - Rooftop Thursday, July 25, 2024 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM 1401 Pearl St, Boulder, CO 80301 This is a non-hosted, optional event. Guests will purchase their own food and drinks.

3:30-3:45 PM: Arrive 4 PM: Ceremony 4:30 PM: Cocktail Hour 6-10 PM: Reception

Is there parking at the Woodlands?

Answer

Yes, on-site parking is limited to 60 personal vehicles. If you plan on drinking, please organize a sober ride home. You may leave your vehicle overnight at the Woodlands, but it must be picked up by 10 AM the next day. Note: Ubers and other rideshare companies are unreliable due to the location of the Woodlands. We do not recommend depending on these services as a means of transportation back to Denver/Golden after the reception.
