What should I know about the Airport beforehand?

Answer

The airport has two terminals, if you are flying with Copa, KLM or United and have baggage please note that you can only check-in/baggage drop from Terminal 2. When arriving with Copa, you can only recover your baggage from terminal 2. So even though you arrive at Terminal 1, you'd have to walk over to Terminal 2 to get your baggage. Take into account that even if you go through security in Terminal 2, your flight can still leave from Terminal 1 which is approx. a 15 min walk within terminals. We suggest you review your flight number beforehand in Google so that you know which Gate pertains to your flight. If flying with Copa and you only have hand-luggage you can also pass security from Terminal 1 since you don't need to check bags. You can do this to avoid the 15min walk within terminals. If you need assistance, we highly recommend contacting the airline before check-in for a shuttle.

What is the parking situation at the American Trade Hotel?

Answer

There will be valet parking service enabled for guests only, they will be parking the cars on a private parking space with security. Yet, we highly recommend that you come with an Uber or a chauffeur, we want you to enjoy the party and we definitely don't want you to risk anything.
