Donrich took Charlotte on a surprise weekend away to Franshoek and Paarl. First they went on a horse ride in the beautiful Franshoek valley, then they had a pic-nic just outside the horse farm. As Donrich was packing out all of Charlotte favourite snacks he said: "Oh I forgot something!" quite casually. Little did Charlotte know that the next thing coming out of his bag was a ring! Donrich proposed to Charlotte in French, after which there was a longer than expected pause due to Charlotte's complete and utter shock, but of course she said YES! The rest of the day was filled with more exciting, specially planned moments at Boschendal, lots of food and a surprise visit form Charlotte's dad! THE BEST DAY EVER!
