Depending on who you ask, there are two different versions about how Erika and Jeff first came into contact with each other. According to Jeff - he saved kittens and puppies from a burning building when Erika first laid eyes on him and from that moment on, it was love at first sight. Erika’s version however is slightly different- she says that she stalked him online and was actually the first one to make a move. The truth most likely lies somewhere between. Erika and Jeff had their first date on January 2nd 2015 at Distill, a local bar where both of them have been known to frequent with their friends. It was at that time that Jeff pulled out all the cards and continued to impress Erika with his bar tricks and terrible jokes. Erika impressed Jeff with her lighthearted love for adventure and life and from that moment on, they were inseparable. (Despite Erika’s shoes catching on fire in the fire pit that night.)

Four years later on January 2nd - at the same bar, Jeff planned an elaborate scheme to ask Erika to be his wife in front of close family and friends. The answer was a no brainer and they began to plan the wedding of their dreams!
