Welcome our beloved friends & family!

The story of Vanna and Trung’s love began just over 5 years ago when Trung started sending Vanna daily snapchats of Ellenos Yogurt, his favorite snack. She thought it was a little odd, and almost de-friended him but refrained, at this point they were just friends on social media. In April of 2015, they both attended Jon & Anna's destination wedding in Fort Lauderdale. During this trip is where they began to peek interest in each other and a connection was made. On the last night, they hung out on the beach eating pizza until the sun came up, and watched the sunrise, even taking a dip into the warm Atlantic Ocean. Trung was brave enough to enter the water with Vanna, even though he didn't know how to swim.

On June 30th, 2019 Trung proposed to Vanna at Canvas Paint and Sip in Seattle. He invited 30 of their friends to the event, he disguised the proposal by using his friend’s birthday as the special occasion on why they were there, she had no idea. Trung had sent in a picture of the sunrise they watched together the first time they hung out on the beach in Florida. The class painted the picture and at the end of the class the teacher selected a few couples to share their painting. Trung and Vanna were the last couple to come up on stage, and while Vanna was busy showing off her painting, Trung said some sweet words, got down on one knee, and proposed, friends cheered and celebrated, Vanna was surprised to say the least!
