FAQs

If you have any questions that are not answered through this page, PLEASE reach out to us. We would be happy to answer all questions but here's a few of the big ones.
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love for our guests to embrace pastels and incorporate florals into their outfits. Please wear cocktail attire—think polished, stylish looks such as knee-length, floor-length, or midi dresses, elegant separates, and suits.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 5th, 2026.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Absolutely! Whitehall Mansion features an on-site parking lot, and the best part is that both your ceremony and reception will take place in one convenient location.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We're planning an adults-only celebration, so we kindly ask that children stay home for this occasion. Your invitation will specify whether you're able to attend. We hope you'll be there to share in our special day!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Each invitation will indicate whether a plus-one is included. Due to our venue's capacity, we're unable to accommodate additional guests beyond what's specified on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We'd be happy to help! We want to ensure every guest enjoys their meal safely. Please share any dietary restrictions or allergies with us on your RSVP, and we'll work closely with our caterer to accommodate your needs.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We're registered on both Zola and Amazon, and they're conveniently linked together on our Zola site. Feel free to shop through either one—though if you prefer to go straight to Amazon, that option is there for you too!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Since most of our guests are local, we decided not to reserve a block of rooms, preferring instead to give you the freedom to choose accommodations that best suit your needs. In Brockport itself, the Hampton Inn offers the most upscale option, with the Econo Lodge and Best Western also conveniently located within 2 miles of our venue. If you'd like additional choices, the nearby towns of Greece and Rochester have several hotels worth exploring. We'd also recommend checking out a few Airbnb and VRBO options available in Brockport—they can be wonderful alternatives to traditional hotels!
