It all started when a girl and a boy swiped right on each other on a little app called Bumble. She was hesitant and overwhelmed so she mayyyyybe ghosted him for 14 hours. He was patient and kind and gave her a second chance. After surviving: oncology appointments, long road trips, meeting families, a full summer of long distance for drum corps, a move, and so much more….on a Wednesday night in February (at the kitchen table after dinner), he asked her to marry him. And now here you are witnessing what some might call - the best love story in the world (although this writer is admittedly biased).
