What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4pm. The parking lot is a very short walk from the ceremony lawn and reception hall. We ask all guests to arrive and be seated by 3:50pm. In order to respect everyone's time in the July sun, we aim to start the ceremony promptly at 4pm, and are not building in a buffer time for late-arrivals.

Both our ceremony and reception will be held at the Country Club of Culpeper.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

During the ceremony, we ask that guests keep their phones tucked away. After the wedding, we hope to share some of our photographer's best pictures on our website to help you remember the moment.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your children and wish we had the capacity to invite everyone, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue.

The weather in Culpeper, VA averages in the high 80s during mid July, so we invite you to choose cocktail attire appropriate to the weather.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, we will have an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. In the event of rain, all activities will be moved indoors.

Culpeper, VA is about a 1.5 hour drive southwest from Washington, DC, and 1 hour away from Fairfax, VA.
