During this time, please socialize with one another in the hallway, where there will be some light eats, treats, and a drink while we set up the reception dinner in the central area. The eats and treats include: butler passed Baked Brie en Crostini (with white wine apples and candied walnuts), Wine Braised Beef Crostini, Sweet Potato Black Bean Empanada, Roasted Red Pepper & Spinach Puffs (with Roasted red peppers, spinach, and garlic cream cheese stuffed into a puff pastry), and Mango Caprese Skewer GF (with Mozzarella, fresh basil, mango, and a grape tomato drizzled with balsamic glaze). For "a drink on us," each 21+ guest will receive a single drink ticket and the option of having a glass of Miller Lite and/or Angry Orchard keg style.
7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
We will have a buffet-style dinner that starts with a Poached Pear Salad (spinach, poached pears, gorgonzola, candied pecans, and bourbon craisins in maple cider vinaigrette) for our dinner. The choice of entrees is between Portobello Chicken (lightly breaded chicken breast with a creamy portobello sauce) or Fried Sage Butternut Squash Ravioli (butternut squash ravioli, sweet potatoes in a pesto cream sauce, topped with parmesan and fried sage). In addition, there will be Grilled Vegetables (GF) and Wild Rice Pilaf (GF) on the sides, and a basket of Bread and Butter at each table.

After our dinner reception, we will kick off our after-party by having our first dance as husband and wife. Once our first dance is complete, have your dancing shoes on and hit the dance floor, or check out the photo booth to capture a picture for memory keepsakes. Please be mindful that while we love your company, we must be completely cleared and cleaned out of the venue by 1:00 am, 10/11/2024, so the festivities must taper out by midnight... *BONUS POINTS if you decide to stay and help clean up!
