FAQ's and Covid

Question

Covid Advisory

Answer

When we started planning our wedding, we had no idea anything like this could happen. While we would love to see all of our friends and family, we completely respect your decision to stay home if you wish. If you do not plan an attending or you are not able to, please RSVP no as soon as possible. Planning a wedding during Covid requires you to be flexible and have many contingency plans in place. While we believe at this time that we will be able to have our full wedding count, things change daily. If we have to cut our wedding count in half, we will have to remove children from the guest list. Neither one of us wish to do this, but we wanted to prepare everyone just in case. Please reach out with any questions and we appreciate your prompt RSVP responses.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than June 17, 2020.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6 p.m.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

YES! (As far as we know) There will be live fire pits when the sun goes down. There are also several water features. Per the staff at Church Ranch Event Center, all children must not be left unaccompanied and they may not play in or near the water features and fire pits.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please notify us no later than the RSVP deadline to ensure that your needs are met.
