Our wedding is formal attire. For women, this could be a floor-length gown, a nice cocktail dress, or an elegant pantsuit. For men, a suit or tuxedo with a tie or bow tie works perfectly. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!
Our ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM, and guests are welcome to start arriving at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to ensure ample time for parking and seating, as downtown KC parking can be unpredictable! When you enter the hotel, please follow the signs that will guide you up to the Tudor Ballroom, where the ceremony will take place.
Parking in downtown Kansas City can be a bit limited, but there is some street parking available, as well as public garages. You can view the Downtown Kansas City Parking map here: https://www.visitkc.com/visitors/getting-around/maps/downtown-parking-map Hotel Kansas City also offers valet parking for $42 per vehicle per night. If you prefer not to drive, Uber or Lyft are convenient options for getting to and from the venue!
All invited guests, including children, will be listed on the invitation and in the website portal when you RSVP. Due to limited space, we kindly ask that you only bring those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Our ceremony and reception will both be indoors! Cocktail Hour will be held in the Starlight Ballroom on the 15th floor. This is an indoor/outdoor space where you can enjoy beautiful views of Kansas City from the terrace!
