On December 23rd, 2024, we had a date planned at Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery to enjoy wine and cheese inside one of their cozy winter globes, a special spot we’d loved on our first anniversary. It felt extra meaningful since Anthony had been busy with medic school, and we hadn’t had much time together. When we arrived, I needed to use the restroom earlier than our scheduled time..Lol. So we walked toward a small house on the property. As we got closer, I noticed a beautiful setup inside..candles, rose petals, and a glowing fireplace. My heart started racing as I asked Anthony if it was for me, and he smiled and said yes. Once inside, he led me down a trail of rose petals toward the fire, where “Will you marry me?” was waiting. With champagne, a charcuterie board, and the coziest glow all around us, Anthony got down on one knee. I was completely overwhelmed with joy and tears cause I’m a crybaby. It was the most magical moment, and I truly felt like the happiest girl in the world.
