FAQs

The Wedding Website of Vanessa Herrera and Alec Brockman
Question

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place outdoors at the historic Moore Mansion in Pasco, Washington. This beautifully restored 1908 estate sits right along the Columbia River and offers a beautiful garden setting for our celebration. In case of inclement weather, we'll have a covered option on-site to keep everyone comfortable.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Pasco in early October is usually mild and pleasant, with average highs in the low-70°Fs and cooler evenings.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We kindly request no denim. Since both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors on grass, we suggest block heels, wedges, or flats over stilettos. Evenings in early October can be cool, so consider bringing a light jacket or wrap.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we've chosen to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration.

Question

When should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time and no earlier than 3:00 PM to find your seat and chat with other guests.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, Moore Mansion has on-site parking available for guests.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony—please turn off your devices and be present with us. Our photographer will capture everything!

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

We’ll miss you! Please RSVP as soon as possible and let us know so we can plan accordingly.
