Better known as Officer Blevins, he’s been a part of our lives since our school days. He knew Albert back in high school and was also the lead officer in the Explorer program, playing a big role in Vanessa’s teenage years. He was the first officer on the scene of Albert's car accident. Over the years, he has become more than just an officer; he’s been a mentor, a friend, and now, alongside his wife, one of our premarital counselors. As a pastor, we are honored to have him as our officiant on our special day. His presence and guidance mean the world to us.
