When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

To ensure that you are seated before the ceremony time, we suggest you arrive by 4:45pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black-tie optional. A pastel color palette is encouraged!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If the name is on the invite, then yes. If not, no.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

This is a child-free ceremony and reception.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We invite guests to stay in our hotel block at the Courtyard by Marriott Hartford Cromwell! More information can be found under the "Travel" tab!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We have planned with our venue coordinator to make sure that all food allergies/restrictions are accounted for. We have planned for vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free/dairy-free options. Our menu is also nut-free. If we have missed something or if you are concerned about your allergens/restrictions, please reach out to Vanessa or Emily.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There is free parking on the property!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests plan for their own transportation between the hotel and the venue. If you have concerns about travel, please let Vanessa or Emily know!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

You are welcome to join us after the wedding reception for an informal after-party at Digger McDuff's in Cromwell!
